Forgot Your Password? Logging In Through Learnvia’s Canvas

If you normally log in to Learnvia through Learnvia’s own Canvas site, you’ll reset your password right on the Learnvia Canvas login page.

If you normally log in through your institution’s Canvas site, please see this help article instead.

Steps to reset your password:

1. Go to https://canvas.learnvia.org/login/canvas.

2. Click “Forgot Password?” under the login fields.

3. Enter the email address you use for Learnvia’s Canvas.

   • Tip: This is usually your school or personal email address connected with your Learnvia account.

4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link from Canvas.

   • If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.

5. Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password.

Troubleshooting tips

• Make sure you’re using the same email address you registered with Learnvia’s Canvas.

• If you try the reset and don’t receive an email, double-check your spam/junk folder.
