How many attempts do I get on a self-quiz?

Who this is for: students.

You can re-take a self-quiz as many times as you like. There is no limit.

How a self-quiz works

A self-quiz is not scored until you select Submit. Until then you can go back and change any answer, the same way you would on a paper quiz.

When you submit, the self-quiz is scored and you can see which questions you got right and which you got wrong, along with the solutions. A self-quiz gives you credit for each question you attempt, whether or not your answer was correct.

If you want more practice, take it again. Self-quizzes are there to help you find your weak spots before a graded quiz or an exam, so re-taking one is a normal thing to do rather than something to avoid.

How this differs from lessons and homework

In lessons and homework you get unlimited attempts at each question, and hints and solutions are available while you work. In a self-quiz you answer the questions first and see the solutions after you submit.
